HOW TO WEAR BROGUES & BOOTS YOU CAN (LITERALLY) DANCE IN
I think a shoe obsession is part of every woman’s DNA. Then you become a mum and as much as you’re determined to keep your shoe game strong, you find it becomes more about comfort. It just does.
Maybe it's because you're always dashing from one place to another or because 12 months of maternity leave means your feet are out of "heel practice". Or maybe it's that image of pregnant Kimmy K's sausage feet that's putting you off?
Whatever the reason, your go-to boots are now reserved for special occasions and you can only wear heels for a dinner date if it’s under two hours and doesn’t involve walking- and even then your feet are screaming for your sneakers. I get it. I love my sneakers, but what if I said you could up your shoe game and wear the latest designer footwear EVERYDAY because they are just that comfortable. Well thanks to Ziera, now you can.
Ziera have always been know for comfort (all of their shoes have layers of cushioning), but their Limited Collection features an impressive range of modern, fashion forward styles guaranteed to make you the envy of all your sneaker wearing gal-pals.
I’ve been a big fan of Brogues for a couple of seasons but wasn’t sure how I would work them into my day to day style. Well, after much celeb-stalking I've found the key to styling the brogue is to show some ankle and add some feminine touches to balance the masculine look. And the comfort factor? Well let's just say these Orion lace-ups are actually more comfortable than my Stan Smiths.
I'm sure we all agree that one of the best things about winter is getting to wear boots! The mid-calf Othello adds effortless style while being comfortable to walk, stomp, dance around in. A perfect tran-seasonal option, they'll toughen up a dress and will become winter staple when pared with jeans or leggings. I like to show a little skin with these and also wear them with 3/4 harem pants. Yes they have a heel, but with the full inlay you can really wear them all day. Comfort and style- my tootsies are happy campers. ;)
