I enlisted Crystal from Design Twins to help me update my living space. The space is open plan, but quite small (by suburban standards anyway) as we live in the city.

"Light and bright" was the brief, and boy did she deliver! Our Parisian/beach vibe is a little bohemian, a little sophisticated with a touch of the hamptons, beautiful but liveable- a calm little oasis... before the kids get home anyway ;)

Now, obviously we have kids, but I didn't want that to mean I had to sacrifice on style- including my dream of a white sofa. Enter the Globe West Vittoria slip cover sofa. Yes- removable covers that are easy to wash, but I have added some throws and the homeday mini mod for Archie if he wants to sit and eat and so-fa so-good, haven't had to wash or wipe anything.

The other stand out piece is the vintage beni ourain rug from Tigmi Trading. Minimal shedding it is so so soft underfoot and has Poppy's crawl of approval.

We went for the Armadillo Flower Weave Dandelion under the dining table and changed our chairs from the scandal inspired to the bentwood in white.

The two focal points that tie the whole space together are the incredible Swish Chandleir by Klaylife and the oversized fiddle from Pigweed Store.

Crystal also updated our artwork, white painting with a framed picture from Art & Framing Co. so it would reflect and make the space bigger. Genius. Love! All the details linked below.
