THE "NICE CREAM" THAT WILL REVOLUTIONISE TREAT TIME

Super easy, super healthy and more delicious than ice cream,  Sabrina's gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free recipes mean the whole family can enjoy a bowl of finger-licking nice cream any time of day. Yep, you can finally say yes to "ice cream" for breakfast.

BERRYLICIOUS NICE CREAM

3 large ripe frozen bananas / cut into quarters

1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

1/4 cup coconut milk

3 medjool dates

Blend in Vitamix (blender) or food processor until you get a thick creamy ice-cream texture.  You will need to push ingredients down every now and then as they may get stuck. This is the vanilla nice cream base (can be enjoyed on it's own)

Strawberry Chia Jam | Blend a cup of frozen or fresh chopped strawberries with a few tbs filtered water, 1 tbs chia seeds & a little pure maple syrup or coconut sugar. Let it rest 1/2hr-1hr to thicken.

MANGO-COCONUT NICE CREAM

1 ripe frozen banana (peeled and chopped)

1.5-2 cups of frozen mango pieces

Raw vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)

1-2 tsps coconut sugar

1/2 cup of fresh coconut water

Blend all ingredients together and top with fresh mango slices.

CARAMEL NICE CREAM

3 ripe frozen bananas

2 medjool dates

1 tbs mesquite powder,

1/4 cup  coconut milk

Blend all ingredients and drizzle with maple syrup and cinnamon powder
