Welcome to The Pause- a soulful lakehouse retreat designed for women navigating the shifts, demands and awakenings of mid life.
Join Not So Mumsy founder Marcia Leone with special guest Naturopath & Sexologist Lara Boielle for an all inclusive weekend nourishing mind, body & soul.
This is a space to exhale, recalibrate, and reconnect with your changing body, your shifting energy and your true self.
This isn't a bootcamp. It's not about fixing anything, This is about honouring where you are and empowering you with the tools to feel like you again.

Marcia Leone
Marcia Leone is a Mother, Author, Creative Entrepreneur and the woman behind the NOT SO MUMSY global online community.
Marcia has dedicated the last 10 years to sharing her journey with honesty and humour, providing a warm and inclusive support network for like minded-women who love and embrace motherhood, yet also want to retain or rediscover a sense of self.
As her children grow older, Marcia has been on a transformative journey of rediscovering the woman within. She is passionate about helping women re-connect to themselves and will share her wisdom on surrendering to the seasons and navigating the flow between business, love, life and motherhood.
Lara Boielle
Lara Maree holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Sexology and a Bachelor of Health Science with specialisations in Human Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine. With over 16 years of professional experience, Lara began her career as a functional medicine practitioner, focusing primarily on reproductive, hormonal, and sexual health.
Through her extensive clinical experience, Lara has developed a profound understanding of the complexities individuals encounter in their intimate relationships. This awareness fuelled her drive to enhance her ability to support her clients' overall well-being. To achieve this, she pursued a Master's in Clinical Sexology and became an Integrative Psycho-Sexologist, merging the disciplines of functional medicine and sexology.
