SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Hello!  Thank you for shopping with us. We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs.

• PRE-ORDERS: Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.

• RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do not exchange. We do however offer a full refund for any product purchased at the wrong size or for change of mind within 7 days of receiving. You will need to cover return shipping costs. If you wish to exchange and item - you will need to place a new order for that item and we will refund the previous order once it has been received. We do not refund original shipping costs.

• FAULTY ITEMS: We will replace or refund any item that is faulty. Please email through a picture of the faulty item, your original email receipt and order number. 

• ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Whether it be a site wide discount or sale or individually discounted items or sale items. We do not offer a refund or exchange, so please purchase with this in mind.
