SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Hello!  Thank you for shopping with us. We’re committed to providing you with a beautiful product and a seamless customer experience.

  • SHIPPING TIMES: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase, unless marked as a pre-order. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.

  • PRE-ORDERS: Orders that include a pre-order item will be shipped once all items are available. We do not offer partial fulfilments. If you’d like in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for them.

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we’re happy to provide a full refund for any item returned within 7 days of receipt due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.

    • Refunds will be processed once the original item has been received.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund. Please email a photo of the item, along with your order number and original receipt to: customerservice@notsomumsy.com

  • ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes items discounted individually or as part of sitewide promotions.

  • PRELOVED SALES : All preloved purchases are final. Discount codes do not apply to preloved items.

  • RETURN ADDRESS: Please return items to the following address and include your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Be sure to enclose a note explaining the reason for your return to help us process it quickly.
