SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Hello! Thank you for shopping with us. We’re committed to providing you with a beautiful product and a seamless customer experience.
SHIPPING TIMES: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase, unless marked as a pre-order. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.
PRE-ORDERS: Orders that include a pre-order item will be shipped once all items are available. We do not offer partial fulfilments. If you’d like in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for them.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we’re happy to provide a full refund for any item returned within 7 days of receipt due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.
Refunds will be processed once the original item has been received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund. Please email a photo of the item, along with your order number and original receipt to: customerservice@notsomumsy.com.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes items discounted individually or as part of sitewide promotions.
PRELOVED SALES : All preloved purchases are final. Discount codes do not apply to preloved items.
RETURN ADDRESS: Please return items to the following address and include your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Be sure to enclose a note explaining the reason for your return to help us process it quickly.
