SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Hello! Thank you so much for shopping with us. We’re committed to providing you with a beautiful product and a smooth, stress-free experience.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase, unless the item is marked as a pre-order. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.

PRE-ORDERS:

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock. We do not offer partial fulfilment. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • tags are still attached

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose a refund, you’ll receive the product value only (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@notsomumsy.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once received, we’ll review your request and provide you with return instructions, including where to send your item.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are not eligible for refunds.
We are happy to offer:

  • an exchange of equal value (subject to availability), or

  • a credit note for the value of the item (valid for 12 months)

This applies to items discounted individually or as part of sitewide promotions.

PRELOVED ITEMS:

All preloved purchases are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes apply.
Discount codes cannot be used on preloved items.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund.

RETREAT BOOKINGS

Please note that all retreat bookings are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your place after cancellation, we will gladly issue a refund.
