Marcia (along with Archie of course) was the first Mother to ever be featured on the cover of Australia's Little One Magazine. This issue marks a new direction for the magazine, with more of a focus on Mothers who "live a beautiful life with their little ones". The editor felt  Marcia was the perfect representation of what she was trying to achieve- 'aspirational, yet attainable and real'. Over a six page spread "Marcia Leone best known as editor of online community Not So Mumsy, never wanted to be the poster girl for fertility challenges. But in the name of helping women, she has, sharing her raw, gritty and ultimately heartwarming story of family love, fertility and picking herself up off the bathroom floor."
